He was born June 25, 1868, in Nevada, county, California, the son of John and Catherine Driscoll, both natives of Ireland. Mr. Driscoll was married in February, 1894, to Grace C. Kuhn, a native of Lake county, California, She was a daughter of John B. Kuhn, deceased, and Sarah E. Kuhn. The family of Mrs. Driscoll were among the early pioneers of Lake county, locating twenty-five years ago.
