J. N. McKINNEY

     Born in Iowa in 1838; his first place of residence in Oregon was in
Washington County, and his present residence is at Hillsboro, in that county,
where he keeps a feed and livery stable.  He married Miss Cornelius in 1866 and
they have five children.
