     Born in Hamilton County, Ohio, in 1823; came to Oregon in 1845; married to
Jane Baldra; children -- Wilbur D., Annie M., William V., Dora A., Ella F., and
Benemma.  Mr. Wiley's present residence is Hillsboro, Washington County, and his
occupation is dealing in wines, liquors and cigars.
