SAMUEL WILLIAMS

     Resides one mile east of Hillsboro, and is a farmer by occupation.  He was
born in Missouri in 1833; came to Oregon at a very early day and settled in
Washington county on the place where he still lives.  He married Ann E. Jolly in
1856, and their children are Eliza J., Amanda M., William W., and Frank.
