Walter Ted Brachvogel is a product of the west and one of the young and able members of Portland's dental fraternity. A native of Colorado, he was born in 1896 and is a son of Max A. and Flo (McClellan) Brachvogel, who were married in Silverton, Colorado. The father was a grain broker and a brother of Dr. Walter T. Brachvogel has become a well known physician. Dr. Walter T. Brachvogel received his early education in Aberdeen, Washington, and continued his studies in Seattle. He spent some time at Hot Lake, afterward planning to settle in Tacoma, Washington, but preferred Portland and decided to locate here. In 1911 he began his X-ray operations and in October, 1921, entered upon special dental work. He is an acknowledged expert in these lines and has two laboratories in Portland and one in Seattle. Dr. Brachvogel is deeply interested in his profession, to which he gives his undivided attention, and his success has been commensurate with his industry and ability. He is thoroughly appreciative of Portland's advantages and attractions and has won many friends during the period of his residence in the Rose city. On the 23d of August, 1928, he married Edith A.
