This is my Last Will and Testament.  I Robert McAfee of Mercer County State of
Kentucky being in my right mind and judgement, and as sou----- my Estate that is
to say as for those of my children that are married and not named that I have
gave that part of my Estate to them as far as I allow, to wit, Margaret, Janie,
Sara, Samuel and Mary has got all allotted to them and after the payment of my
debts Ann is to have two hundred acres of land of the upper end of my five
hundred acres.  

L----  on the hickery nut branch the young black mare and addle and bridle, two
cows and calves, two ewes and lambs, and two suits of clothes in the ?, bed and
burniture, shelf, ? and all my estates lands and movable property to and benefit
of my two youngest sons Robert and John only what I shall mention a loose paper
that is to ? place in my land and in my will and for the performance of the same
I appoint John Breckinridge and James McCoun Jnr to be my Executors.

Codicil, July 28, 1795

Where you find this mark in the will Janie is to have two hundred acres of land
out of five hundred ? on the half for Alexander Buchanan living on ? the lands
lie on the waters of Hamas Creek corning to lands belonging to the heirs of
James McCoun Desc'd inquire of John Toma for the Potton who put in the Greens
office.  One hundred and ten acres or more of land in a warrant said on the
halfs for Edmon Singalton on the dividing ridge between Salt river and Chaplong
near the head of Lyons run to be giving to James Thompson Sirvair of Lincoln in
lew of some that I sold of his on Thomsan's Creek Chahlings waters.  July 28,

The last will and testament of Robert McAfee (Deceased) was proved by the oath
of Samuel Adams a subscribing witness thereto and the hand willing and signature
thereof and also that of the codicil there in inclosed was proved by the other
of Samuel McAfee which together with the Will is ordered to be recorded.
