In company with his brother, A.P., he now owns the Temple Court block, a five-story building, one of the largest and finest in the city. He also holds an interest in the Wolverton & Byrd Hardware Co., which is one of the largest of its kind in the city, and is located in a fine structure on Riverside avenue. Mr. Wolverton is erecting a residence in Brown's addition, which is in keeping with progressive ideas and social standing. He was married, in 1890, to Miss Eva B. Prosser, a native of Ohio.
