HOGAN is one of the best known lawyers in Grays Harbor county, and one of the most successful. Mr. Hogan was born in Wisconsin in 1868. Following attendance on the public Schools he entered the University of Wisconsin. He was admitted to the Washington bar in 1890, coming to Aberdeen in 1890. Mr. Hogan was a member of the State Legislature in 1907. Mr. Hogan has attained success as the result of his own efforts. He has worked unceasingly to establish himself and enjoys the confidence and respect of all with whom he comes in contact. His work in court is at all times consistent. His attitude is that of a well trained attorney, and not a few splendid verdicts are to his credit. He is always reinforced by an array of detail matter which he carries at his finger tips, and to which he constantly refers in his presentation to court and jury. In argument he is always at his best and with thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of law, places before the court and jury every atom of evidence.
