Emmett Calvin PIER

Emmett Calvin PIER was born at Boistfort, Lewis county, Washington, on his 
grandfather's homestead, May 31, 1902. He married Lottie May Watkins. on 
2/17/1924 in Castle Rock, Wash. Emmett was a Jack of all Trades and a Master 
of None; fisherman, logger, tree topper, farmer, shoe repairman and a jeweler. 
Died: 9/21/1987 in Longview, Washington. 

Lottie May WATKINS:  Lottie was born: December 29, 1903 in Yoncalla, Oregon. 
She married:  on 2/17/1924 in Castle Rock, Wash to Emmett Calvin Pier who 
was born in Boisfort, Wash. 31 May 1902.  Grandma Pier died:   December 27, 
1995 at her home in Castle Rock, Wash and buried at IOOF Cemetery in Castle 
Rock, Wash, along side her husband, Emmett Pier. 

The above are brief bios on my gma & gpa.  I will provide more of a biography 
on them as I figure out what to say.  I know Gpa Pier had the only Jewelrey 
store in Castle Rock.  Gma was very involved with the church and was a food 
server at elementary school (I think).
