OBITUARY - HILDA DOROTHY (BLANK) LAROY

LaRoy- Mrs.. Hulda D., 82, Kalama, died Dec. 10, 1968 at home. She was born Dec.
3, 1886 at Silver Creek, Wis. and moved to Kalama in 1908. She was a member of
the Kalama Methodist Church, the Rebekah Lodge, and the Kalama Grange.

Survivors include two sons, Edgar D. LaRoy, Portland, and Harold C. LaRoy,
Kalama; one daughter, Mrs. Katherine Hobart, Kalama, three sisters, Mrs.. Tony
Bush, Kelso, Mrs.. Emma Anderson, Seattle, Mrs. Rose Frolich, Everett; seven
grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1pm in the Kalama Methodist Church
with the Rev. Gerald Bowers officiating. Internment will be in the Kalama IOOF
Cemetery. The Ditlevesen-Moore Funeral Home is in charge.

[Note: Hulda D. LaRoy is Hilda Dorothy Blank, daughter of Antonia Gertz and
Fritz Blank of Germany. Hilda was raised in Iron River, Bayfield Co. Wisconsin,
and later migrated to Washington and married Lewis Ross LaRoy.]
