JOHN GRIFFIN DIES IN CAR ACCIDENT

Friends were saddened this past week to hear of the accidental death of John
Griffin at Auburn, where the family has lived the past twelve years.

Mr. Griffin was killed in a truck-car accident on Monday, last week and funeral
services were held at Auburn on Thursday.  He was survived by two sons Raymond
and Ronnie and his widow Helen, the daughter of the W.F. Christensens of
Woodland.

They had been married for 26 years.
