Jones, 68, who died Apr. 21 in a Vancouver hospital. The service will be held at the Christian Church, with Mrs. Fred Baugh as reader. Vault internment will follow at the Frank Abel Cemetery. Mrs. Jones was born in Woodland Oct. 26, 1890. She married Charles E. (Ed) Jones in Kalama Mar. 3, 1907. The couple celebrated their golden anniversary in 1957. A member of the Christian Science Church of Longview, Mrs. Jones was also a charger member of the Woodland Grange, and had served as a master. She was a member of both the Kalama Pythian sisters and of the Maccabees, which she was serving as state chaplain at the time of her death. She was a commissioner of Cemetery District No. 2 of Cowlitz County. She is survived by her husband of Woodland; one son, Clarence of Woodland; one daughter, Mrs. Thelma Dollan of Vancouver; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Rhoda Rudy of Centralia. Woodland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
