OBITUARY - PAUL DAGGY Submitted by: Leona Johnson, bell_crazy2000 at yahoo dot com Source: "Longview Daily News" newspaper, Dec 1952 Daggy, Paul, 75, died Dec 15, at the home in Castle Rock. Born Oct 15, 1877, in Spencer, Ind. He was a retired logger and had lived in Castle Rock since 1904. Among the survivors are the widow, Jessie; two sons, Lawrence, Kelso, and Eugene, Castle Rock; a brother Eugene, Kansas; a sister, Mrs Maude Huston, Indiana, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Another son, Waite, was lost while serving aboard a Navy submarine in World War II. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. friday at the Hubbard Chapel in Castle Rock with the Rev Ernest Moore officiating. Burial will be in the Hubbard Cemetery. The Hubbard Funeral Home is in charge.
