A private family service is planned. He was born Jan. 7, 1932 in Longview, WA, to Bernard and Minerva Hollander Booth. He married Myra Page on Feb. 9, 1990, in Kelso, WA. She died April 21, 2007. He graduated from R.A. Long High School in Longview before following in the family dental business in Longview as a dental technician. Survivors include two sons, David of Beaverton and Richard of Molalla; four daughters, Sheryl Harding and Janis Frasier, both of Longview, Pamala Gaddis of Vancouver, WA., and Rebecca Frazier of Camas, WA. 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and sister, Elva Booth Parker of Ft.
