Marjorie H. "Midge" Daggy of 1006 N. First Ave., Kelso died at home May 2, 1990. She was 78. Mrs. Daggy was born June 19, 1911 at Salmon Creek, WA., to a pioneer family that establshed the first dairy farm creamery in the Battleground area. Her father Charles Alexander, was one of the first school superintendents in Clark County. Mrs. Daggy had lived in the local area all of her life. She was a member of Kelso Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, the Order of Eastern Star and Ladies of Elks. Surviving her are three sons, Joe Daggy and Jerry Daggy, both of Kelso, and Larry Daggy of Chehalis; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. The funeral will take place at 2 P.M. Monday at Dahl's Ditlevsen-Moore Funeral Home with Stan Enevoldsen officiating. Interment will follow at Cowlitz View Memorial Gardens. Friends may pay their respect at the funeral home from 5 to 8 P.M. today, 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. Saturday, and 1 P.M. to 8 P.M. Sunday.
