Obituary
 
Hendrickson - Oscar Nels, 60, 2044 44th Ave., Longview, died March 17 in a local
hospital. He was born June 25, 1905 in Astoria, Ore. He was a retired
longshoreman, a resident of Longview about 60 years, a member of LIWU and Kelso
Elks.
     Survivors include a widow Margaret, at home; three sons, A. Donald, Arnold
L., Melvin O., all of Longview; one daughter, Mrs. Bernice Thomas of Longview;
five grandchildren; four brothers, John, of Longview, Bill of Astoria, Chris of
Portland, Ike of Kelso; one sister, Mrs. Ethel Kaunisto of Longview.
     Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Ditlevsen-Moore Chapel with
Rev. Arthur Wulf officiating. Interment in Longview Memorial Park,
Ditlevsen-Moore Funeral Home is in charge.
