DeAnn Lynn (Jacobson) Chamberlain joined her parents, brother, daughter and twin grandsons in heaven Sept 17, 2007, at the age of 53. She was born to Loris and Juanita Jacobson in Hailey, Idaho, Sept 4, 1954. She moved to Longview in 1965 at the age of 11. She attended Mark Morris High School. DeAnn loved collecting butterflies, knitting, sewing and painting. Not a Christmas would go by without someone receiving a handmade quilt. She enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Loris and Juanita Jacobson, a brother, Barry Jacobson, her twin grandsons, Loris and Leonides Jr. Encarnacion, and her daughter Vicki (Chamberlain) Garcia. DeAnn will wait in heaven for those of us left behind. Surviving family include two sisters, her twin Delores Sink of Longview, and Glenda Posch of Olympia; and two brothers, Neal Jacobson of Kelso, and George Tolman of Waitsburg, Wash. She leaves behind her daughter, Tiffany Chamberlain of Kelso; her grandchildren, Robert Chamberlain of Longview, Brittany Dorninguez of Longview, Anna Jacobson of Kelso, and Valentin Chamberlain of Woodland. Also surviving her are many nieces and nephews and friends. DeAnn will miss the birth of her first great-grandchild, Alana Grace Lee Hanson. To bring final closure for the family, Vicki (Chamberlain) Garcia's remains will be released for final interment with her mother. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at Fibre Federal Credit Union to assist the family with expenses. A private family service will take place at a later date.
