"Parsons, Samuel W., 77 of 1107 Rose Valley Road, Kelso, WA. Born Dec 6, 1895 at
Stella, he has lived in this area all his life. He was a retired Cowlitz Country
Road Department Truck Driver, was a member of WWI barracks no 129 and past
commander, a member of Rose valley Grange and a Rose Valley Cemetary
commissioner.  Internment at Cowlitz Valley Memorial Gardens."

Euphemia C. Brissert, old friend, now past 89 yrs of age, "was present and
assisted at said time; I have lived in said neighborhood ever since then."
