Know all Men by these Presents, That I, D. G. Ainslie and Agnes Ainslie his wife
and heirs and assigns in consideration of the sum of Eighty DOLLARS to me in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell and
convey unto School Dist. No. 47 one lot as described below with all its
appertainance heirs and assigns forever, the following described premises,
to-wit: Commencing at the S. E. corner of the N. W. 1/4 of the S. E. 1/4 Section
8, Township 11, Range 2 W. running N. 210 feet thence W. 210 ft. thence S. 210
ft. thence E. to place of beginning and we the said D. G. Ainslie and Agnes
Ainslie his wife do hereby covenant to and with the said School Dist. No. 47
heirs and assigns that they are owner of in fee simple of said premises; that
they are free from all incumbrances and that they will warrant and defend the
title to the same against all lawful claims whatsoever.

Witness our hands and seals, this _____ day of November A. D. one thousand eight
hundred and eighty nine.

Territory of Washington, County of Lewis }ss.     I, N. Ferrier a Justice of
Peace in and for said Territory, do hereby certify that on this 4th day of
November 1889, personally appeared before me D. G. Ainslie and Agnes Ainslie his
wife, to me known to be the individuals described in, and who executed the
within instrument, and acknowledge that they signed and sealed the same as their
free and voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

Given under my hand and official seal the day and year in this certificate first
above written.

Territory of Washington, County of Lewis. }     I hereby certify that the within
