Ainslie and Agnes Ainslie his wife and heirs and assigns in consideration of the sum of Eighty DOLLARS to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey unto School Dist. No. 47 one lot as described below with all its appertainance heirs and assigns forever, the following described premises, to-wit: Commencing at the S. E. corner of the N. W. 1/4 of the S. E. 1/4 Section 8, Township 11, Range 2 W. running N. 210 feet thence W. 210 ft. thence S. 210 ft. thence E. to place of beginning and we the said D. G. Ainslie and Agnes Ainslie his wife do hereby covenant to and with the said School Dist. No. 47 heirs and assigns that they are owner of in fee simple of said premises; that they are free from all incumbrances and that they will warrant and defend the title to the same against all lawful claims whatsoever.
