PAUL HILTIBRAND

     Born in Adams County, Ohio June 7, 1823; moved to Kentucky in 1832, to
Missouri in 1842.  Then came to Oregon and settled in Luckiamute Valley, where
he still lives, and his occupation is farming and stock-raising.  He married
Evaline Tetherow, in Polk County, Oregon, in 1846, and their children's names
are Lavenia, Iba E., James, and John W.
