The latter was born in Germany, and his wife, the mother of our subject, Minerva J. (McLavey) Medley, is a native of West Virginia. Walter Medley was born in Walla Walla, Washington, in 1880. In partnership with his brother, Albert, he handles two sections of land belonging to his father, Bruno Medley, which property they rent. They are successful agriculturists and are very prosperous young men. Important details of our subject's family will be found in the sketch devoted to Bruno F.
