RUSSEL THRALL deceased. This pioneer was a native of Iowa. He emigrated to Clark County, Washington Territory, in 1883. He was a brother-in-law to R. A. Brown (Deak) having married a sister to Mrs. Brown. Mr. and Mrs. Thrall located in the Monitor country in 1888 and acquired land which they proceeded to develop and improve for a permanent home. In 1889 he left home for several months to seek employment, and during this absence he contracted typhoid fever which resulted fatally.
