Doble Was born in Maine on January 24 1860, and later moved to Iowa. His family came and settled in Cowlitz County in 1901 where he farmed For several years and later became A dealer of Watkins Products. He was prominent in Grange activities, Being master of the Cowlitz Pomona Grange for several years. Doble and His wife recently celebrated their 60th Wedding anniversary. He is survived by his widow, Alice; two sons, Milo of Winlock and Merville of Longview; one daughter, Mrs. Thomas Woods of South Bend; three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Patton and Mrs. W. C. Patterson, Both of Kelso, and Mrs. E. E. Griswold, Mt. Pleasant; several grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. In the Reardon Chapel in Kelso. Rev. Ray E. Dew will officiate.
