F. L. "Mont" Barber

F. Lamont Barber, _________________________________ Kelso, died Sunday morning
September 5 in a local hospital after a short illness.  He was
born_Iowa____________________ and had lived in this community for many years. 

Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Emeline Barber; a son, Hale L; Kelso, a daughter,
Mrs. Dorothy Burton, Seattle; a granddaughter, Barbara Burton, Seattle, and two
sisters, Mrs. Annie Groce and Mrs. Annette Kern, both of Portland,  funeral
services will be held in the Ditlevsen Chapel Tuesday at 2 p.m.  Rev. Roy Titus
officiating and internment will be in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
