Mary M. Terrel, 61, of 3350 Nebraska St., Longview, died Aug.2, 1982, in a local
hospital.  A homemaker, she was born Sept. 2, 1920, in Salcy, N. C., and came to
Longview in 1954 from Franklin, N. C.  

She was a member of the Longview Church of God and sang there for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Leo Terrel, at home; two daughters, Alice Davis
and Freda Sheild of Longview:  two sisters, Mozell Mason of Canton, Ohio, and
Fonsba Chamblee of Longview;  six brothers, Donald Kell of Lakemont, Ga.,
Granville Kell of Castle Rock, Melford Kell of Franklin, N.C., Albert Kell of
Kelso, David W. Kell of Longview and Porter Kell of Canton, Ohio;  nine
grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in McVicker’s Parkview Funeral chapel with
Pastor Vaughn Mathews officiating.  Graveside services follow at Longview
Memorial Park.  Those who wish to express sympathy may contribute to the
Arthritis Foundation and the Diabetes Association.
