	Laura Pearl Collins, 75, of Long Beach, died Nov 17, 1978, in Long Beach.
Born Nov 21, 1903 in Cadillac, Mich., she had been a resident of the Longview
area from 1927 to 1953.
	She is survived by four sons, Jim Nolan of Springfield, Or.; Rusty Nolan of
Longview; Ivan Nolan of Kelso; and Don Nolan of Long Beach; three daughters,
Irene Chamberlain of Kelso; Louise Hollis of Eureka, Ca.; and Darlene Peterson
of Vancouver, Wa.; two step-sons, Claude Collins of Hanna, Wyo.; and Monte
Collins of Klamath, Calif.; a step-daughter Ruby Brodbeck of Baker, Or.; a
sister Dorothy Singleton of Sparta, Mich.; a brother Lloyd Elliott of
Grandville, Mich.; 34 grandchildren and about 50 great-grandchildren. Funeral
services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Penttilla's Chapel by the Sea, Long Beach,
with interment to follow in the Ilwaco Cemetery. Pentilla's Chapel by the Sea is
in charge of arrangements.
