He was born onSeptember 12, 1949.Rocky was a Millwright, a Vietnam Era Veteran, and an Exalted Ruler of the KelsoElks. He was active in the local Democratic Party, and active in the localMillwright/Carpenters Union.Rocky loved to play his guitar, golf, snowmobile, and ride motorcycles.He is survived by his father, George Parsons; his sister, Vicki Fritz; sons, KenParsons, Tom Parsons, Marc Hinton, and Roger Hinton; Grandchildren, KennyParsons, Tyler Parsons, Connor Parsons,  and Rachel Parsons.Services will be held at Rose Valley Friends Church at 2:00 PM on Saturday,February 18th. A potluck will follow services.Dahl-McVicker was in charge of the arrangements.
