OBITUARY - ADA PEARL (YOHO) MCDOWELL Submitted by: Vikki, VGDriver1 at aol dot com Source: "Lewis River News," Woodland, Cowlitz Co., WA, Thursday, April 3, 1958 Funeral Held for Mrs. Ada McDowell Mrs. Ada Pearl McDowell, mother of Hoot McDowell and Tynne Balch of Woodland, died at the age of 74 on March 27 at her home. She had been ailing for a period of several months. Born Sept. 1, 1883 in Iowa, Mrs. McDowell came to Woodland in 1930. In addition to the above mentioned, she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Andy Casey of Zenith; three brothers, Burt Yoho of Casper, Wyo., Max Yoho of Albina, IA; and Fred Yoho of Vancouver. Services were held Monday afternoon at the Presbyterian church with the Rev. Clifford Bethune officiating. Park Hill Cemetery in Vancouver was the site of the internment.
