The Rev. Lee Andrews conducted the services in the First Presbyterian Church with private committal following in Lincoln Memorial Crematorium in Portland. Woodland Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Baillie was born May 28, 1903 in North Dakota, and moved to Woodland in 1937. He had farmed in the Woodland area the past 15 years, and served two terms as a Woodland School Board director. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; a son, Don of Madras, Ore., three daughters, Margaret Zuver of Portland, Mary of Portland, and Janet at home; a brother, Robert of Portland; three sisters, Elsie Berg, Globe, Ariz., Lucille Potthash, Wisc., Betty Welnek, Ariz.; and by five grandchildren.
