Johnson-Clifford Dewey, 74, 1207 Chapman Rd., Castle Rock, died Aug 20 1974 in a
Vancouver Nursing home. He was born Nov 24, 1899 in Castle Rock, was a life time
resident of the area. A retired lumber sawyer, and a member of the Full Gospel
Church.

Survivors include a son, George of Longview; three stepsons, Loren Jones of
Lapush, Horace Jones of Pamona, Calif.,m and Rodney Jones of Lewiston, Idaho;
three daughters, Mrs Willis (Clara) Eddington and Mrs Frank (Alice) Russell of
Castle Rock, and Mrs Kenneth (Lillian) Chamberlain of Kelso; a stepdaughter, Mrs
Frank (Ada) Sterner of Castle Rock; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held friday at 2 p.m. at the Hubbard Funeral Chapel, with the
Rev David Mullins officiating. Concluding services ane intermet will be in the
Whittle-Hubbard Cemetery. Hubbard Funeral Home is in charge.
