Booth-Fred Eugene, 82, 707 Front St., Castle Rock, died Oct 31, 1965, in a Longview hospital. Born March 12, 1883 in Castle Rock. He was a retired Castle Rock postmaster and also a Castle Rock business man. At the time of his death he was serving as County Commissioner for Cowlitz County Cemetery District #1. He was a past president of Castle Rock Eagles Lodge. Survivors include the widow Bertha; one daughter Mrs Clydenia Lillieberg, and son-in-law, Birger Lillieberg of Portland; one grandson, Gordon Powelson; three great granddaughters. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Hubbard Chapel, with Rev Martin Lee officiating. Interment will be in the Whittle Cemetery in Castle Rock. The Hubbard Funeral Home in Castle Rock is in charge.
