Boy's Body Recovered from Washington River

Kelso, Wash., Feb. 23 (AP) -- Skindivers recovered the body of a 3 1/2-year-old
boy from the Cowlitz river early today, ending a search that began Thursday
afternoon. Jeff Kelsey, 6, told searchers Allen Moyer had fallen into the river
while they were playing on a log. Jeff said he tried to grab Allen, but was
unable to reach him.
