Rowland--Fred Wilson, 82, of Kalama, died March 28 in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 10, 1881 at Carrolls and lived in this area most of his life. He was a member of the Kalama IOOF and the Lewistown, Mont, Eagles. He is survived by four sons, Robert of Willow Creek, Calif., Frank of Yacolt, James of Bellingham, and Melvin of Seattle; seven daughters, Mrs. Juanita Saylor of Moore, Mont., Mrs. Eltie Ross and Mrs. Irene Maki of Kelso, Mrs. Jessie Johnson of Castle Rock, Mrs. Violet Mahaffey of Redway, Calif., Mrs. Laura Zeisman of Kalama, and Mrs. Clara Osbeck of Seattle; a sister, Mrs. Anne LeRoy of Corvallis, Ore.; 68 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Kalama Methodist Church, the Rev. Don Larson officiating . Interment will be at Kalama IOOF cemetery. Ditlevsen-Moore Funeral Home is in charge.
