Edith Nelson

  Edith C. Nelson 56, 1247 Ninth Ave., No.2, Longview, died Aug. 30, 1981 in a 
local hospital.  She was born April 28th, 1925, in North Carolina. She was a 
retired nurse.
  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kelso and came to the area 
from Michigan 28 years ago.
  Survivors include two sons, Steve Burress of Chehalis and Joe burress of 
Kellogg, Idaho, and four grandchilren: Perry Burress, Violet burress, Cari 
Burress and Steven Burress.
  Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in McVicker's Chapel with the Rev. Arthur 
Johns officiating.
  Visitation will be from noon today. Burial will be at the Oak Point Cemetery. 
McVicker's Chapel on the Hill is in charge of arrangements.
