Sandy Philpott has submitted several photos from the Woodland area. Several individuals are unidentified - she would appreciate any help in identifying them.
- Bridge Day 1913 - The man on far right front row is Burton Clarence Newkirk, my grandfather. This picture was taken on BRIDGE DAY- 1913. Burton was 27 years old. The family lived in Woodland, Wash. on the N. Fork of the Lewis River, so not sure if Bridge Day had to do with the Lewis River or the Columbia River, Burton did live near Longview, Washington also. Do not know who the other men in the picture are, but would like to know?
- Woodland area families - These pictures are from my great Uncle's photo album who lived in Kelso, Washington. I have been told that the bottom right picture is of Dr. Hoffman, the beloved doctor in Woodland around 1900. Would like to have this verfied by others. And also find out if anyone recognizes the other people. Thank you!
