Mrs. Anna Margaret Mattson, 78, died Monday morning in a Centralia hospital. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the First Lutheran church at Rochester. Rev. Elmer Johnson of Olympia will officiate and interment will be at Grand Mound. Deceased had been a resident of Independence 45 years. She is survived by her widower, Matt Mattson; a son, Wilfred; a daughter, Mrs. Emma Nelson; and four grandchildren, all of Independance.
