Chehalin Succumbs

Alfred R. Denman, 70, Chehalis, died suddenly Tuesday at his home.

Born Sept. 1, 1899 in Millbrook Township, Michigan, Mr. Denman had been a Chehalis resident for 10 vears, coming from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

He was a construction worker and a farmer. Surviving are the widow, Leone, at home; a daughter, a son, five grandchildren and o great-grandchild. Graveside services Friday at 10 a.m. at the Claquato Cemetery, west of Chehalis, with the Rev. James Scott officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fissell-Brown Mortuary, Chehalis.
