Mrs. Barbara Taylor

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Fissel chapel for Barbara M. Taylor, 94-year-old pioneer of the county, who died the previous Thursday at Forest. Rev. Fr. Herkenrath of Cowlitz officiated and burial was at the Fern Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Taylor, who came to the Forest district 50 years ago with her family, is survived by the following: Joseph Taylor of Portland and John, Louis, Antone and Wenzel, all of Chehalis, and Chas. of Ethel; one daughter, Mrs. Anna Hoch, of Seattle; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
