Illness Fatal For Centralian

Mrs. Ari J. (Christine Elizabeth) McCormick, 66, a resident of Centralia since 1944, succumbed Thursday afternoon at the family home following a lingering illness.

Mrs. McCormick, born Aug. 2, 1888 at Onalaska, Wis., was a member of the Artesia, Calif., Order of Eastern Star chapter of the White Shrine of Centralia and of the Christian Scientist church of Centralia. The family home is at 309 Linda Lane.

Surviving, in addition to the husband, is a son, Ari J. McCormick Jr., Los Angeles.

The body may be viewed at Newell-Hoerling's, Centralia, Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m., after which it will be sent to Los Angeles for services at the Forest Lawn cemetery.
