Cowlitz Prairie Has Busy Social Week
Cowlitz, Nov. 24. - Mrs. George Clark of Anacortes was on the prairie Sunday visiting old acquaintances.
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schmitt and children of Harmony visited Mrs. Schmitt's sister, Mrs. Jim Giblin Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Tauscher of Chehalis visited their aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Meyer Sunday.
Miss Augusta Meyer, who has been employed in Kelso, returned home last week.
Mrs. Leo Siefert and daughter Alice visited at the R. S. Gray home Sunday.
A party of young folks gathered at the H. A. Meyer home Saturday evening to surprise Mildred and Johnny Meyer, the occasion being their birthdays. Games and music were enjoyed until a late hour.
