Miss Emma Taylor

Miss Emma Beatrice Taylor, 59 a well known local nurse, who had resided in Chehalis the past 40 years, died at the home of the Misses Taylor on east Market street Sunday afternoon. Miss Taylor was born at Madison, Wis. Since engaging in her profession she had devoted her life to it and was beloved by a wide circle of friends. She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Oscar O. Brown of San Francisco, Mrs. Pearl Ashman and Misses Edith and Maybelle Taylor of this city. Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Stanley G. Logan of the Methodist church officiated. Burial at Greenwood was directed by Sticklin's Mortuary.
