Frank Carson Dies.
Frank Carson, 81, died Saturday at the home of his nephew, L. A. Smith in Portland. Funeral services were held there Monday. Mr. Carson was a former resident of Toledo and will be remembered by the older citizens. he was a member of the Toledo lodge I. O. O. F.
