HEART ATTACK PROVES FATAL

Stricken with a heart attack, Fred F. McIntire, 47, of Chehalis, collapsed and died Monday evening at a south Centralia auto freight terminal.

McIntire was a field representative for the Kelly-Farquhar company. Coroner R. B. Maddox said McIntire was stricken and died in a matter of minutes.

The deceased was a native of Chehalis, having been born in the district on June 16, 1907. The family home is on route 2, Chehalis. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America.

Surviving the deceased are his wife, Margaret; two sons, Robert and Donald at home; mother, Mrs. Amelia McIntire, Chehalis, and two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Pfirter, Chehalis, and Mrs. Edna Davis, Portland.

Funeral services will be at 2 p. m., Saturday, at the John W. Boone chapel, Chehalis, with the Rev. Fred T. Lucas officiating. Interment will be at Mountain View.
