Miss Fannie Rhoades, daughter of F. M. Rhoades, died at the family residence on East Locust street, Thursday morning, aged twenty years and one month. She had suffered patiently for many weeks, and the end was for her a merciful deliverance. The family have the unstinted sympathy of all our people. The funeral was Friday forenoon and the burial was at Grand Mound cemetery, near where Postmaster Rhoades was a pioneer.
