Frances Ward, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Ward, former Onalaska residents, but who have recently been living in Centralia, died in a hospital in that city Thursday, October 3. In addition to the parents she is survived by four brothers, Mark, LaVerne, Leonard and Edwin Ward, and a sister, Leona Ward. The body is at the Fissel Funeral Home here pending arrangements for the funeral.
