G. A. Paulson, Grange Leader, Dies

News was received Monday at Chehalis of the death Sunday night in an Olympia hospital of George A. Paulson, who was superintendent in charge of the children's home at Lacey. Funeral services were held in Olympia Wednesday. Mr. Paulson was a former resident of Coal creek valley east of Chehalis and at one time was caretaker for the Centralia gravity water system at the intake. He had been superintendent of the children's home at Lacey the past four years. During his residence on Coal creek he was active in the Grange, being master. He is survived by his widow; also his mother, Mrs. Mary Paulson, Minot, N. D.; and six sisters and four brothers.
