Chehalis Pioneer Buried

At 10 o'clock this morning the funeral of George W. Thomas, the aged pioneer of Lewis County who dropped dead at his home in Chehalis last Monday morning, was held and a large number of his friends in this city accompanied the remains to their final resting place. The burial was at Claquato where the body of his wife was laid three years ago.

Mr. Miller was well known in Lewis County and was a familiar figure on the streets of the city. The funeral was postponed until today to enable a son to arrive from the east.
