DEATH OCCURS
CHEHALIS, Dec. 31. - Herbert Absher, 19, passed away last night at his home at Ryderwood. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Olson of Ryderwood; three brothers, Russ of Chehalis, Fred of Elma and Harry of Aberdeen and five sisters: Mrs. Alice Walter and Mrs. Verda Ischler of Chehalis, Mrs. Pearl Collins of Renton, Mrs. Reland Cassedy of Seattle and another sister in Seattle.
The body was removed to the Fissel funeral home here pending funeral arrangements.
