Death Comes to Henry E. Raught - Former Pioneer Centralian Passes at Longview Following Lingering Illness

The death of Henry E. Raught, aged 81 former pioneer resident of Centralia, occurred yesterday afternoon at Longview following a long illness.

A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Raught came to Centralia in 1890 and followed the building and contracting business for many years. He moved to Longview when that community was still a village. Surviving the deceased are his widow, Mollie; two brothers, A. L. Raught, Centralia, and F. S. Raught, Dubois, Pa., and a sister, Mrs. Rose B. Fowler, Walla Walla.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Sticklin chapel, Rev. Ward MacHenry will officiate, and interment will be at Washington Lawn.
