Toledo Resident Passes
Funeral services were to be held at the Bethel tabernacle in Toledo this afternoon for Harvey L. Carter, 70, whose death, following an extended illness, occurred in a hospital there Thursday. He had resided in the Toledo district since 1900.
Surviving are the widow, Nancy E. Carter, and 10 children, Charles, William and Willis Carter, all of Mossyrock; Alice L. Lowe and Lenore Ida Spencer, Onalaska; Helen M. VanDerwall, Elma; Mabel E. Harninson, Winlock; Ruby O. Taylor, Reno, Nev.; Doris N. Mohr, Portland, and Florence Anna Newcomer, Chehalis. A brother and sister in Montana, and a sister in Nevada also survive.
